I go to the realme store and i told them that my product having an issue of automatically disconnecting and battery issue they told me wait we will check your product after that they came to me and told me to connect your buddy with your phone when i connect with my phone they are not working totally it's a request please give me new product
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
