I have booked my flight through Easemytrip and then I had to cancel my flight. For the refund, I was supposed to receive ***** Rs. I received two emails that said due to technical issues, the refund will be split into two payments partially- *) **,***rs and *) **,***rs. I just received **,*** Rs yet. I haven't received the remaining amount. It's been over * days. There is no sign of a refund process that has been initiated for *****.
I can't see it in my dashboard either. The half amount was refunded quite quickly. Why is it taking so long to receive the other half?
