I haven't recieved any confirmation on the cancellation of the flight. I went to the airport. That is when I got to know that it was cancelled. I raised a cancellation request post that. The flight was cancelled by the airline twice and now I'm not getting any refund. Is this a joke? I want my money back. I had to travel to the airport with huge cab fares and during the lockdown.
I even raised a case in the airasia website. But I don't see that registered even after getting a confirmation mail on the same. Attached the case details.
