*. In actual , order not been delivered yet. Jiomart app showing it as Delivered.
*. Many times called atJirmart helpline for complain but no resolution.
*. Many emails sent to Jiomart customer care, but different replies received all times like, we will reply you, order will delivered within ** hrs, provide your registered mobile & order ID (* times received this mail including today itself) etc. but order status not relayed to me.
*. Very poor handling of complains.
I request Jiomart to atleast relay my order/complain status.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
