Rehana filed complaint against Paytm on Mar 9, 2020
I got a fraud call asking me to Scan QR codes on paytm. I tried contacting the customer service of paytm and the numbers either don't work or are fully automated. The app doesn't provide option to report a fraud call either. This is highly disappointing and I'm going through such mental agony.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
