I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Travel Agency- AGODA.
The issue that I have experienced was: I booked the room and paid the amount. On reaching the premises , no booking was made in my name and no customer support was provided and several calls were made with no response from their side. They scammed me and no cancellation was provided or refund given. Frauds! It occurred on: **/**/****
This meant that It cost me fortune and money was already paid.
I demand an immediate refund as no booking was made by them at the premises.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
