Agoda - No booking showing previous in the Agoda app and now it is showing completed and charged the amount

I have not stay in the hotel with the below Booking ID but amount was deducted from my bank account against this ID. As per the Agoda team, i have booked my hotel via my contact number but that bookings was also not showing and today when I got my bank statement where it was showing.I have checked everything from my side and submitted the documents as well but they told me that you stayed there.

*) if I have booked via my phone so why any message or call received from Agoda Team?

*) Application was not showing the booking under upcoming booking section and showing completed now. Why this is happened?

*) Hotel owner told me that you have only one booking during my check in time. Is this not a responsibility of Agoda team to inform customer about booking ID over message?

*) One of hotel where I stayed showing Cancelled in my application and i have already paid all the amount with the property.This is a technical glitch and why I will bear this amount.

*)I have connected with Agoda team and they are sending the same message.

*) No one can make a same date booking of same hotel with almost same price .In my case Hotel was same and same date as well.

My concern is that if anyone book any hotel then it is service provider's responsibility to provide the booking details over mail or mobile. In my case my Email id was updated but they should send me the details over my mobile and it was not happened.otherwise i would cancel prior because hotel and dates were same.
