Savana - No attempt made to pickup the return

I want to register a complaint on savana as I ordered a top from savana and then in there policy the had mentioned * days easy return policy and the day product had arrived i applied for return because it was not fitting me well and then from that day( ** june ****) till now (* july ****) they are avoiding me and saying sorry we could not able to attempt pickup today but we will try within next ** hour and then same message the say to me countinuesly even i had asked from savana customer support service they say to me same thing sorry but we will try within next ** hour but no attempt had been made to pickup I have proof of chat between me and the agent the product value is **** rs apart from delivery charges
