i ordered few eatable items
i ordered at *.**am which was to be delivered at *.** am
but still not got till *:** am
when talked to customer care they could not solve the issue and cancelled my order.
but where is the accountability
if they r are a delivery company they should be accountable for timely deliveries.
i had to go to office at *:** am
but i could not eat anything just because they could not deliver order.
i request you to take action
