Lg - new spilt ac cooling issue

I purchased LG Air Conditioner on *th Jun **** but from the very first day I have been facing cooling issues in the AC.

Immediately after installation, I raised two complaints for AC and service engineer came and they fixed the issue but it only worked for a few days. After some time winters came and we stopped bothering about AC.

However, this year in summers when we started using AC, we again faced the same issue.

As the AC is still under warranty so I raised a complaint on *th June **** but no one came to service AC. After multiple followups, service engineer came and acknowledged that the Condenser in the AC is faulty and the AC requires Cooling gas top-up.

But since then no one came to fix the issues. Kindly help.
