It's been * days, I have paid money for the new hathway connection, the installation is done but they have not activated the connection.
I am not getting any help from support, no response from area office, The sales guy and installation guy is not picking up my phone. Wifi Box is also not browse to connect. Box is old and I guess non working. Sales person not picking phone and not replying on message. They even blocked my number.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
