Jio Fiber - new connection issues

i applied for jio fiber and the technician came to check on scheduled day to see weather there is a pos available near my area , but all the port were full and he cancelled the booking. now agian some person from jio fiber called and assured me that there is a port available near my are and he will get me connection then just to check we again booked for connection again the same thing happned techinician checked and found no port available and cancelled it. then we applied for some other company internet and they said we dont serve in your area but will give you some contacts from jio we said no more jio but he somehow convinced me and booked for the connection and one fine day technician came to check and what he found is no port available. that was so frustrating. I don't know is this just for marketing purpose you book the connection or some other reason .. what you guys will gain from it .. such a time wasting experience ... sorry to say but your service is worst in this case. last order Number is NO****OCFI**
