I was using Aircel Network past few years (***** *****), One of the Airtel Agency From
" Chidhambaram colony, Erode, Tamilnadu, Contacted Email id : massntc@gmail.com, Contacted Numbers : ***** *****, ***** *****, ***** *****, ***** *****" has called me on Aug **st for requesting me to convert my Network from Aircel to Airtel,.
While I told them about Airtel network is very low at "Kavindapadi, Erode District - ******", They have checked with their technical department and confirmed that Airtel *G network is available in my location.
After portal change I am facing lot of network issue at my business location, Where most of the time no network at all, In Surrounding places I am getting *g or *g speed only, While complained this to Airtel customer care (C.No : ******** **-Aug-**), They told me the issue will shorted out within **hrs,.
While contacting airtel outlet in bhavani, They told me that Airtel *G is not available in my location, Sim only *G but network is not yet started in *G speed.
Due to this Sim portal Change I have loosen my valuable customer and order almost near by *,**,*** rs, Now Your system is not allow me to go to other network till ** days completion, Where I may loose my entire business.
After complained online through INGRAM(Comp No ******), Ingram told me to send mail to Airtel Appellate Authority (appellate.tn@airtel.in), Which has been sent on **-**-**, The same mailed is bounced back on **-**-****., Again I contacted Ingram(Comp No ******) then they guide me contact district consumer forum, Erode to file the case.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
