Dom filed complaint against Airtel on Nov 19, 2019
I have had Airtel for the last * Years. For the last * yrs I have been facing network issues. I have tried escalations, Social Media etc..but there was just robotic Excuses Given. I have been having signal issues from my residence for the last * yrs everything has been tried but still not one person from airtel came to my residence to check and see, They just say its an upgrade that will take place . There is a tower ** meters away from where I live. I have spent thousands due to this as I work from home most times and had to install Voyage and pay in $$. There was a lot of mental and physical trama due to this. They are still not willing to find a solution even though all necessary solutions have been given to them. I have lost so many projects due to this. Everytime i need to make a call I have to come outside my house. This is only in one place (My house). Even this if they cannot resolve I do not understand why they are even offering a service. And inspite of all this I have been charged for my bills and everything has been paid on time. The customer service is pathetic and front desk at airtel outlets are pathetic. They just take people for a ride and have fun around that.
