I have moved out of a nestaway property in Pune since * weeks. The settlement report was made on time but I have not received my deposit. Nobody from Nestaway receives my calls. They don't get back when I text them on whatsapp nor my emails.
I have been charged early move out charges of **** INR even when it was Nestaway who had a contract breach with the society not us and Nestaway was forced to kick us out. It was not an early move out rather a forced move out due to Nestaway's issue with the society.
out of the ***** deposit, their website shows I am supposed to get **,*** refund, and that the refund has been initiated, since April ** ****. But I have not received any money yet.
Their phone app shows a different settlement amount.
I want the money back now.
