I had claimed for liquid damage of realme narzo **a mobile on ** July **** and I received a male on ** July that your phone may not be repaired so we will refund you ** percent of invoice I submitted all documents on ** July and received a mail on same date your documents has been verified and amount will be credited in * working days but this is today ** August when I am here to complain but not refund I have complained *** more times on email and their customercare but not any single reply or resolution please help
