Shreya Gupta filed complaint against Zomato on May 12, 2021
The shop mentioned that the zomato delivery guy cancelled the order himself and when we later talked to him over a call, he promised to deliver it by the end of the delivery time. But, later refused to be zomato person, said that the number is wrong & not that of a zomato delivery boy.
