Colive - Need refund

I was told by the colive representative that i would be getting a place to stay in kundanahalli,bangalore. And She made me pay the advance on **th January and was told we can shift by **st January and when u went to the property,there is no rooms available and the colive people was not giving a proper resolution, talking rude over whatsapp, not attending calls, no replies. this also made us vacate our previous pg and lead us to take hotel rooms for few days till we get our new place to stay.
