Bought the mobile on eBay on January **st and the mobile is not as described so I made a claim on eBay with claim id:******* and the seller replaced the mobile and I received it on **/**/**** .Again the mobile not working ,so I tried to re-open the claim on eBay (there is no way to open the claim) so I contacted the seller and sent the mobile on **/**/****.Now the seller blaming and abusing me that I damaged the mobile.please take action .it is very costly mobile which values **** and not worked for a week.ebay also not helping me. This is seller fraud on eBay ! Mobile IMEI Number:***************
