Booking ID: **********. I had booked a stay for * nights for * adults at a total cost of ₹**,*** INR through Agoda. However, upon arrival at the property, I was forced to check out after just * night by saying it’s Sold out, and the hotel charged me ₹**,*** INR for that single night by saying it’s premium Room.
During my interaction with customer support, I was assured by an Agoda agent that I should make the payment at the hotel and that Agoda would process compensation/refund afterward. I have all supporting documentation, including screenshots of the chat, payment details, and the hotel invoice. Which I provided every time agent asked me to.
Unfortunately, despite reaching out to support team around ** times, I have received no resolution. Every time, a new agent responds and repeats the same statement — that the issue will be escalated to the “property partner” or “higher authority” — but no action or update ever follows.
This has been an extremely stressful experience, especially considering that I was traveling with *.*-year-old twins and had to travel over * hours to reach the property, only to be made to leave the same day. The lack of response and accountability from Agoda’s side is deeply disappointing.

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
