Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Stanza Living – Sonoma House, Koramangala, Bengaluru regarding the unjustified delay and unexplained deductions in my security deposit refund, which I believe violate both Stanza’s own refund policy and my rights as a tenant.

I fully accept and acknowledge the above deductions, and I agree that the refund amount due to me is ₹**,*** (₹**,*** – ₹*,***).



Disputed Charges:



However, I noticed two additional charges that were never properly explained:

₹*,*** for “Trespassing Damages”

₹*** for “Recovery of Damages”



These deductions were applied without any photographic evidence, documentation, inspection report, or prior communication. When I raised this with the Resident In-Charge over WhatsApp, I was told these charges would be removed. Unfortunately, no further action was taken, and follow-ups went unanswered.



Additionally, Stanza customer support has been either non-responsive or unhelpful, with some interactions being outright dismissive and unprofessional.



My Formal Request:

Immediate refund of ₹**,***, the amount due after valid deductions.

If the disputed charges are to be retained, I request written documentation and evidence justifying them.

An apology for the unprofessional treatment and clear communication going forward.
