Yashwani Kumar filed complaint against Airtel on Dec 10, 2021
Dear Concern,
This is to share my name as per your record is Mr Yashwant Kumar where
else my name as per my identity is Yashwani Kumar with surname
Sonkaria .
Now, recently a month back my phone carrying the subject captioned
phone number has been theft and since then I am struggling to get the
said number activated through a new sim.
I have visited your Vikaspuri Store and followed it with Noida Stores
as well on multiple locations since I have recently shifted to Noida
however my request has not been accepted and rejected every time.
I am attached below documents for your reference which shows, the
individual having records name with Yashwant and I am Yashwani is the
same person.
Since my billing address as per your records and my permanent address
as per my ID is the same.
You can very well understand that this is primary no. which I use
everywhere and since the time phone got theft, I am struggling for
every small thing, I can't do any transaction, I cant use Paytm or any
other apps.
My sincere request to please accept my request for the name change
from Yashwant to Yashwani
In order to get the new sim activated So, I can restart using my number.
I hope the attached documents are enough to justify my request, please
take urgent action on my request and do the needful as earliest.
