I have ordered Byford by Pantaloons Mock collar Bomber jacker of size L through Myntra but they delivered a torn used towel in a sealed package. When i opened the same, i came to know that it is a fraud happened with me. Immediately, i informed Myntra regarding the issue on **th Nov'** and shared all images, information, order details. They assured me the resolution by *nd Dec'** but still i am waiting for the product/money. I have been following-up continuously since then through various means email, call, chat on the application.
I don't understand where is my fault here. It was a prepaid order and i am highly disappointed by this. Want to inform i have been associated with Myntra from **** and have ordered multiple items on their platform but the speed of their resolution is hampering my mind and peace. I request Voxya team please intervene on this and get this resolved.
