I had booked * items (* from the brand Corsica and * from Trendyol) for return on Myntra and they were all scheduled for pickup today (**-**-****). The delivery agent collected all * items even though only * of those were assigned to him for return, we learned about it later. The agent has updated the status of the return pickup and the app still shows that the items haven't been picked up, meaning they cannot process my refund until they receive the item. The agent did speak to us rudely for not answering his call earlier and demanded that we gave him our phone so he could show us that missed call, when we denied giving it to him, he seemed frustrated. I am not sure if he did not update the status out of spite but at the very least, I'd like my refund back.
