Dear Myntra,
I Ordered An 'Anouk Women Cream-Colored Kurta With Palazzo & Dupatta' On *th Jan **** And Received It On *th Jan ****. The Product Was Not So Good And Most Important Is The Size Was Too Big. Since There Was No Other Size Available On Myntra For Same Product As It Was Out Of Stock, I Returned The Product On **th Jan **** (Return No: **********) And The Pick Up Boy Came On My Doorstep, Check The Product And Price Tag And Said It Was Fine And Took Back. But, I Received Mail From Myntra That My Return Request Is Put On Hold As The Product Does Not Passes Quality Check. And Now It Has Been Declined With A Product Reshipped Status.
I Haven't Used The Product And Price Tags Were Also Intact While Returning The Product. On talking with customer care, they said the issue will be resolved by **th Jan but it has not been resolved yet. This Is My Request To Please Refund My Amount Of Rs. **** And Kindly Look Into The Matter Asap. Please Help To Initiate My Refund.
