I am reaching out regarding my recent order attempt,where I faced an issue during the payment process on myntra app.While making the transaction,the Myntra payment page unexpectedly navigated back,but in the PayZapp app,the payyment was successfully processed. I contacted PayZapp customer support,and they have confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed on their end.Here are the details:Transaction ID: txn_*a*e**cc-***b-****-b***-*e****ecc***

Merchant: WWW MYNTRA COM
Payment Method: PayZapp Wallet .Despite this, my order was not placed, and Myntra support as informed me of a gateway error, advising me to contact PayZapp. However, since the payment was successfully processed from PayZapp's side.PayZapp team has requested few details like transaction date and transaction amount ,consumer or reference id in case the payment has not been received on merchant end through an email but i am not receiving any proper response from them.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
