Package was going to de delivered on *th July, and then at the end of the day I received a message that the package has been delivered. The delivery man didn't contact me. Then I raised a complaint for the same twice at Myntra's customer center. Initially I was contacting them and every time they asked to wait for another ** hours. And then on **th July I got a call from their customer center itself for confirming about the package and I did talk to the delivery man who was going to deliver my package, the conclusion that came out was that it was the fault of the delivery man that he has delivered it to some other person and the executive told me that my charges will be refunded within * business days. I waited for few days but then when I didn't receive the charges I contacted to the customer center again, but I was shocked by the way their statements had changed. I talked to their higher executive and they were saying that its not our fault we can delivered the product from our side, that's it. We are clear. Like is it not their responsibility to make sure that the products are being delivered to the correct person or not.
Its been a month now that I've been trying to resolve this issue. I'm highly disappointed with this kind of behavior.
