I Ordered An 'Anouk Women Cream-Colored Kurta With Palazzo & Dupatta' On *th Jan **** And Received It On *th Jan ****. The Product Was Not So Good And Most Important Is The Size Was Too Big. Since There Was No Other Size Available On Myntra For Same Product As It Was Out Of Stock, I Returned The Product On **th Jan **** (Return No: **********) And The Pick Up Boy Came On My Doorstep, Check The Product And Price Tag And Said It Was Fine And Took Back. But, I Received Mail From Myntra That My Return Request Is Put On Hold As The Product Does Not Passes Quality Check. And Now It Has Been Declined With A Product Reshipped Status.
I Haven't Used The Product And Price Tags Were Also Intact While Returning The Product. On Talking With Customer Care, They Said The Issue Will Be Resolved By **th Jan But It Has Not Been Resolved Yet. I have talked to customer care many times but they are not useful and they keep on marking my complaint resolved unnecessary. It's been more than a month and I want either refund or my product reshipped. If myntra is not taking it seriously I want this case to be filed in consumer court.
