Myntra.com - Myntra item picked up but not issuing refund

This is regarding the return of product caprese handbag-order no in attached file.
Myntra deleivery boy came and asked my mom to return the caprese handheld bag which i havr ordered. I didnt created the return request for it but still he picked it up from my home. I was not at home at that time so i was unaware about it. After ** days when i checked my myntra oeders i realized that return request is not creadted for handbag bt it was picked up.
I called myntra several timres and explained the issue end no of timrs to different agents but they said that ee havr not received the product and hence will not br able to refund u thr amount.
This is very unprofessional way, they dont care abkut their customers at all. I have lost my monry and product both. I havr even givrn thr details of delievry boy wgo picked up the product-ashok chaudhary but it seems they didnt took any action on that as well.
