Myntra - Myntra is not returning the wrong product and refunding my money

I placed an order for a dress from myntra and the product was smaller in size. When I placed a return, no delivery boy ever visited my doorstep and myntra team themselve changed the status of my returned to return claim declined as the product failed the quality check. I am to ask how does it fail the quality check when no delivery boy ever visited my place to do the quality check. They have falsely declined my return claim. None of their customer care executive are able to help me and asking me to forget my money. It is my hard earned money… How can I forget it . I have been in this frustrating situation for iver one month but getting no resolution from myntra. They have done fraud with me and not accepting it. If they think the product is used then I am ready to send the products pictures as well with the tags intact but they are just not ready to provide a resolution. Worst company ever.
