Because I feel really unhappy today,

I had recently purchased a women maroon solid jumpsuit. Because of the small size I decided to exchange the product with XXL. The exchange option was not working because the product is been unserviceable but at the same time I could do a return or I could place a new order. Then I decided to call Myntra customer care and they told me because I have collected insider points I cannot exchange or return the product still is at my home and it isn't been replaced. My money is wasted I was forced to write this mail because of the simple insider points I cannot able to exchange the product or return the product. Its been a very pathetic experience in Myntra. I was very happy till today saying the Myntra and they will of course do something about it. And I am not asking to return the product I am just asking to exchange the bloody product with XXL size. If there is a return option why I cannot exchange it. Just because I collected insider points I am not able to exchange or return. What exactly I earned. Nothing I just wasted my money. My money is waste my wife gift is wasted. Everything is been wasted and I really feel very bad that I am getting this response with such a reputed e-commerce website. Such an embarrassing situation.
My money just got wasted and the product is lying at my home because I have just clicked on the insider points and I collected how can someone do such a thing. Wow Myntra wow.
At the end the customer should be happy where the hell I am being happy.
It very a bad situation were I feel helpless about being purchased a product.
I need an explanation or an exchange option to be retrieved or I am going to lodge a complaint against it.
It was my hard-earned money which of no use today.
