Lulu And Sky - Myntra delivering wrong items and now not accepting returns

I ordered a women's ribbed shirt collar-fitted top from the Lulu and Sky brand on Myntra. Firstly, the order was delivered late, and upon receiving it, I found that the top was too tight for me. Therefore, I initiated a return request. However, when the pickup agent arrived, they refused to accept the return, citing that the brand/company name was not mentioned on the top itself, despite all tags being intact and the brand name being present on the packaging and tag.

I have contacted the customer care team multiple times regarding this issue. However, they only responded by stating that they found no issue on their end. It's worth noting that I had previously ordered a different top from the same brand, which was successfully returned, and it also lacked the brand name on the top itself.

I'm solely concerned with the presence of the tag. The issue seems to lie with the brand's labeling practices rather than any fault on my end.
