We took unlimited pack of Vodafone for ** days which was about to expire in midnight of **th Aug but before that in the morning itself we gave renewal request, authorised them for amount deduction from our main balance, request acknowledgement generated and shared with Vodafone customer services so many times, on Social media platforms and through regd email id but instead of my unlimited pack Commenced, they deducted my rs *** from my balance and after waiting for * days, I again paid rs *** for ** days of unlimited pack now neither they refund my rs *** nor they are replying
