I ordered saral home long curtain beige..
I had received the wrong product
So I gave return request...
I got SMS FROM Ecom DELIVERY EXPRESS
BUT delivery partner had come and told the package was too heavy to carry
And went
I had reported this issue from March ** to April ** to ** senior executives
All promised me that this issue would solve in ** hrs
Now a month has crossed..nothing happened
What I should do now?
Whom I should express my concern ?
Pls do the needful
