I got the call regrading cashback offer in Paytm ., Then I got the message from Paytm that open that link n enter ur user id and password. For a safer side i transfer whole amount to my father’s Paytm before open that link.
Again, I got the call and executive told me that due to lower balance we are not able to provide cash back after that i transfered ****– from my fathers’s Account to my account.
But that ****/- is not transferednin my account and direct deducted to somebody’s else account.
Below is the no where I got the fraud call

After that my Paytm account blocked.
I have also raised the complaint for the same but Paytm respond is so improper
They revert your account can not be unblock.
Paytm has no responsibility for their customers
They don’t have proper team to resolve this type of issue.
Money is not safe in Paytm.
Paytm system also can hacked easily by anyone.
If possible so pls forward this complaint to any responsible govt deppt yo take action against Paytm
