Clear Trip - MY PAYMENT NOT REFUNDED BY CLEARTRIP

I booked a ticket on *nd august **** rs ***, ***.in the name of baljinder singh and sakshi and on same call immediately i cancelled the booking. On same call customer care ask me that your full payment refunded in *-* days. But till today no payment received sorry for english iam calling daily to customer care but they didn't give me any proper answer also i mail my bank statement to clear trip (CTDOCUMENTS@cleartrip.com). But nothing happened.
I ALSO REGISTER A COMPLAINT AT CLEARTRIP . MANY TIMES I CALL AND THEY ASK ME TO WAIT FOR ** HRS... AFTER ** HRS I CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN ASK ME TO WAIT ANOTHER ** HRS
