*: My order supposed to be delivered by **rd July. Delivery guy called me and told me to collect that product at the location which is * km far away from me. He told so arrogantly that he won’t come and deliver. I told him I’m gonna complain, he told go and complain wherever you want. Is Flipkart meant for doorstep delivery or pickup service? I called customer service more than ** times no resolution provided. One guy told me to wait till **th, one more told **th July and one more told ** hours. No resolution provided. I faced the same kind of situation with another service provider (A****n), within * hrs they resolved it and delivered the product on the same day. If you can’t give service then don’t make us fools by saying we can.
*: Some of your executives called yesterday and took details, she told she will call me again in the evening. No one called me and no resolution provided.
*: Stupid service by Flipkart, they make me wait * days after promised delivery date and they are now telling me to place a new order. Delivery guy denied delivery. I told him, I’m gonna complaint in Flipkart. The delivery guy told to do whatever you want, I don’t deliver your product. These people are saying sorry and want me to reorder. My ** days of time got wasted and energy talking to customer service thought that they will do something. Useless service.
