PayTM - My money till now not settled

I have got a payment rs ***** on ** jan **** according to paytm money should have been settled next day but it was not settled I complained to custom care and was told by their side that due to technical reason your amount is not settings in your account so I requested to settle my amount in my wallet if it is not settings in my account so they have taken my request this all happened on **th jan **** on **th I got a call that your request for transferring money to your wallet have been approved and will be transferred by * working day on ** th I waited to get my ***** money to transferred in my wallet but it was not done ,today morning I called again to paytm and i was told that your amount will not settled in wallet but it ll be transferred in bank account by * to * working days.how fraud this company is once they accept my request than they do nothing.
