PayTM - My Money Not Refunded. Return policy violation

I will strongly Suggest not to buy from Paytm even if you are getting **% off after cashback.
Because Return is nearly Impossible.
And If you want to return either damage it or replace it with some other Product.Because they themselves say so that return is possible only in ghis two case.
Because in my case, when i called Paytm Mall Customer Care Number. First they Put your Phone on hold for minimum ** minutes. And then Some Lazy Executive which has zero power and nothing to do other than providing you a complaint No. He will frustrate you completely with his lame answers.
My Sister ordered a fossil watch for me from Paytm( order no. **********)which had a Size bigger than appeared in the Images. I simply wanted it to Return but It went over ** days and no Return was picked up.. nor my money was Refunded. I wish i could have Purchased it from Some Retail Store.
I am planning to go to Consumer Court not just for my money but also for the inconvenience caused to me and other customers like me.
