I have registered a complain on *th march, **** regarding my screen brokage as I have a full protection validity.The registered claim ID was CLCMN***********.On **th march, **** my Phone was picked up by their Courier Partner. As per the the Jeeves mobile care policy, They will deliver the phone after completing their services within ** days after the pickup date. I have waited ** days and not received my phone. On **th day I called in their customer care number they requested me to wait * days , again I was waited and randomly for * week they repeated their speech and not update me wheather I will receive my phone or not.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
