I ordered a shoe from Flipkart with the name and order id-Cole Haan Casuals For Men with order ID OD******************. I was delivered on ** April **** and I paid cash on delivery. After that when I opened the box, it was filled with paper. And my status cancel show is happening and I can't even put a return request. Then I complained to Flipkart customer, after some investigation, after a few days talk call of Flipkart customer, he said, you have shared your bank detail, I am forwarding to seller, you will get refund within seven days and I get confirmation about refund Email also sent, I have waited for ** days, refund has not been received yet. daily I am told you will get your refund in ** hours. But I have not received my refund yet. I request you to get my money quickly. thanking you
