I had ordered IphoneSE by making an online payment of Rs.***** on **th Oct ****. On **th Oct ****, I received the delivery. I got only the charger and the USB cable in the box but did not receive the IphoneSE and the earphones in the box at the time of delivery.
I raised replacement request around * times and each time, they are cancelling the replacement request without my notification after * or * days after placing the request. When i called them and asked as to why the replacement has been cancelled, they tell they do not know the reason behind it and they raise a new replacement request. I have raised * return requests till now. And even after a month after ordering, I have neither received the IphoneSE not the refund of my amount.
I have called the flipkart customer support around ** times but have not received the resolution yet. The amount is not a small amount too and till date I have not received the product.
