I had made a round trip flight booking using MakeMyTrip to travel to Mumbai on **th of April **** and return on April ** ****. I had made my booking in February. Due to Covid** all flights had been cancelled by the Government. I had cancelled the ticket from SpiceJet, where the option that I chose was to Agent instead of Credit Schel. . Now the AGent MakeMyTrip is not making the refund. Whenver I try to post the message it is going to the automatic options. I do not know now how to get the refund. I had written to SPiceJet where they say that they have refunded the amount to MakeMyTrip.
If somebody can suggest me a way it will be good to get the refund.
