I had ordered a kurta from Myntra which didn't fit me so I just wanted to exchange my order with a large size kurta . I am getting Messages from the previous day that my exchange is out for delivery but that day it was showing exchange failed. And today that is **st jan. I got the message that my exchange has been kept on hold .I don't know if the delivery boy is doing so. Since the delivery boy had not even contacted and reached for the delivery how can he put my exchange on hold .I am seriously loosing my faith on Myntra.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
