Nainci Chadha filed complaint against Myntra on Aug 26, 2021
I suddenly noticed a notification on my Myntra App that a product has been delivered but I never ordered any product. I instantly logged into my account to see what is happening but to my surprise I was not able to login.
Thankfully, I had the app on my another phone also where we opened and tried to see and saw * orders of a suitcase and a watch placed on my account.
Also, we noticed that that the contact number and the email address of the order was also completely different than my number. We tried to cancel the order but they were non-returnable products.
We tried to contact Myntra Customer Care to resolve the situation and they assured someone from other team will look and get back to us.
We received a call next day saying there was an error from Myntra side where logins of the buyers were exchanged and due to which someone ordered using our account which is highly unacceptable and punishable. We were assured that we will receive all our money back as well as the credits also in our account.
But then there has been no communication after that, we have been calling them every few days and the only thing we hear is our number is not registered. We then explain everything to the customer care who assured us someone will call but then nothing happens. It’s been now close to * months since this has happened and no one is helping us resolve our issue and return our hard earned money.
We are looking for resolution, return of money and file a case against Myntra.
