PayTM - My account blocked and money stuck in paytm wallet

Subject: Unblock my Paytm account
Dear Team,

Last week my paytm account linked with mobile number was blocked for some suspicious Trasaction. I have raised the request to unblock it on *th August with reference id ********* I was asked to submit some document and reason for transaction which I submitted on Same day.

I was asked to submit same doc on ** which I submitted on ** Aug. Again I got same reply and I submitted document again on **th Aug.

Since then I reverted in same mail on **th August/ **th August/ **th August/ **th August.

Today again I got same mail the I talked to your customer care your executive asked me to once again revert on this on paytm App which I done it again.

This money I transferred as I required it Urgently to pay rent and it is blocked since * week.

I tried to reach paytm through phone/ mail/ Twitter but still not getting any response.

Kindly help and unblock my account as soon as possible.
