My account was debited twice for order no : *******-*******-*******
An amount of **** was debited twice by card machine provided by delivery person.
This is the reply by myntra:
We have validated your transaction for the order number *******-*******-*******, we have received only one-time payment for the mentioned order, if your amount was debited multiple times, kindly check with your bank support team.
This is the reply by bank:
Dear Madam,
We value your relationship with ICICI Bank.
We wish to inform you that we have registered a complaint vide service request number SR*********, to verify the transaction of ₹ *,***.** dated December **, ****.
As per VISA guidelines, we will request the merchant to provide the charge slip pertaining to the transaction. If we do not get the charge slip from the merchant, we seek help from VISA and raised a 'chargeback' on the disputed transaction.
The charge back leads to either of the two results:
The dispute is settled in favour of the customer - this means that the customer's savings account gets credited
The dispute is settled in favour of the bank - this means that the charge is payable by the customer and documented proof will be provided by the acquiring bank.
I want myntra to provide chargeslip to my bank. So that i get my money back.,
