I booked oyo **** vagator property on **th October,****. My stay was scheduled for **-**th November,**** for * people. As a part of getting informed I call oyo and asked the availbility of the rooms whick they confirmed. Later on **th morning when i went there with my * guest(* Female), the hotel owner informed me that there are guest already there in my room and they were supposed to check out the next day, which i informed the oyo customer support, firsty for an hour i talked to around ** representative, few of them named noopur, sarita...,etc after hearing my whole complain asked me to wait as they will connect me to thier seniors and later disconnected my call everytime. After waisting my time for around * hours and not getting another rooms or allocation from oyo, i was forced to leave that property and go searching hotels on my own with * guest of mine. I was mentally tortured as there were no one to provide accomodation or transportation to that place as this place was visited by me for tourism purpose and i didnt have a trasport of my own. Lately my money which i pay to booked was not returned and my cost at the new stay was also incurred by me.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
