I was facing issues with my motherboard, then I reached Asus care. they asked me to go to Asus service in Dehradun (Uttarakhand). and submitted motherboard for warranty claim. After ** days I got a call that your motherboard is replaced and you can collect a replacement motherboard. I reached the Asus service center and collected the replacement motherboard (it was not new) I received an old motherboard as a replacement.
Still, my PC was dead so I trusted Asus and installed the replacement motherboard in my PC. Please be noted that this is my gaming PC. I started playing online games and after a few days, I got to know that motherboard is old and has undergone some bios flashing (with fake serial number and UUID) which is very important to play most modern multiplayer games.
I have contacted Asus customer care and CEO helpdesk multiple times for the past * months but no one is helping or even trying to resolve my issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
