I hope this email finds you well. My name is Chanchal Jakhar, and I am a regular customer of Swiggy Instamart. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today. Below are the details of my order:

I placed an order consisting of more than ** items, but upon receiving my delivery, I discovered that * of the items were missing. I immediately contacted the delivery person to address the issue, but he simply stated that "this is it" and offered no further assistance.
This experience has left me feeling utterly helpless. It is shocking and unacceptable that a trusted platform like Swiggy Instamart would treat its customers in this manner, failing to deliver the products I paid for and then leaving me without any immediate recourse.
When I contacted the customer care team, I was asked to email my complaint, which brings me to this email. I demand that the missing items be delivered to me immediately, as I have already paid for them and expect to receive what I ordered.
Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. I trust that Swiggy Instamart values its customers and will take prompt action to rectify this issue.
